About Us 
Peninsula Leisure (PL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Frankston City Council, is an industry leading organisation focused on reimagining community health and wellbeing experiences, currently through the management of Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (Pines) and Frankston Skate Park.

Job Description

A day in the life of our Customer Experience super stars includes:

  • Meeting and greeting members and guests - creating positive first impressions
  • Answering phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Responding to emails in a timely and helpful manner
  • Processing transactions through our point-of-sale system
  • Supporting membership sales by understanding our member needs
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling cash accurately and responsibly
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our members
  • Completing administrative tasks as required to support the team

Every shift is an opportunity to create meaningful moments for our community. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and confident voice that helps our members feel welcome, supported, and valued.

Key Selection Criteria:

We’re looking for team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Capacity to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
  • Strong customer service experience and a people-first mindset
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer literacy and confidence learning new systems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Working with Children Check (employee)
  • Current HLTAID009 CPR qualification

Successful applicants must hold the required qualifications and will be subject to a satisfactory criminal records history check.
