We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Cleaner to join our Operations team. This hands-on role is key to maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and presentation that our members and guests expect throughout the day.

About the Role
As a Cleaner at PARC, you’ll take pride in ensuring our facilities are spotless, safe, and welcoming. You’ll be responsible for daily and programmed cleaning duties across various areas of the Centre — including change rooms, offices, public spaces, and poolside areas.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, and disinfecting.
- Conducting regular inspections and responding to cleaning requests.
- Assisting with the presentation of the Centre to ensure a high-quality experience for members and guests.
- Supporting health and safety practices and following all cleaning protocols.
- Work as part of a supportive, friendly, and professional team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Is proactive, reliable, and a team player.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Is comfortable with physical work and maintaining a high standard of presentation.
Required qualifications:
- Current CPR
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Experience using cleaning equipment (preferred but not essential — training provided)
